ustedes - you watch watched will watch
ellos/ellas - they watch watched will watch

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:

a. Afirma You watch the children play. Observas a los niños jugar.
b. Niega You do not watch the children play. No observas a los niños jugar.
c. Pregunta Do you watch the children play? ¿Observas a los niños jugar?
d. Afirma He watches the soccer game. El observa el partido de futbol.
e. Niega He does not watch the soccer game. El no observa el partido de futbol.
f. Pregunta Does he watch the soccer game? ¿Observa él el partido de futbol?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I watch, you watch, he, she, it watches, we watch, they watch
Auxiliar para negar = I do, You do, He does, She does, It does, We do, They do ... not watch
Auxiliar para preguntar = Do I, Do you, Does he, Does she, Does it, Do we, Do they ... watch?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:

(afirma) for his friends to arrive. El observa para la llegada de sus amigos.
(afirma) to see if the birds will come. Observo para ver si vienen los pájaros.
(afirma) too much television. Ellos vean demasiado la televisión.
(afirma) your younger brother. Ustedes observan a su hermano menor.
(afirma) Juan his girl friend make the lunch. Juan observa a su novia preparar el almuerzo.
(niega) Maria and I television. María y yo no vemos la televisión.
(niega) the news programs. No vemos los programas de noticias.
(niega) the traffic when he walks. El no observa el trafico cuando camina.
(pregunta) for cars coming? ¿Observas tú para carros venir?
(pregunta) the dancers on the stage? ¿Observan ellos las bailarinas en la plataforma?
(pregunta) Gabriela what she eats? ¿Observa Gabriela lo que come ella?

Does Karen watch television much? Yes, she watches it a lot.
¿Ve Karen la televisión mucho? Sí, ella la ve mucho.
 
Does she watch it during the day? Yes, she watches the telenovelas whenever she can.
¿La ve por el día? Sí, ve las telenovelas cuando quiera que pueda.
 
However, she does not watch it at night. At night she watches her son play games and then she watches him do his homework.
Sin embargo, no la ve por las noches. Por las noches observa ella su hijo jugar y luego lo observa hacer su tarea.
 
Do you watch TV or do you read books? I watch a little TV and I read a few books.
¿Ves la televisión o lees los libros? Veo un poco de TV y leo unos libros.
