yo - I sign signed will sign
tú - you sign signed will sign
él/ella/ello - he/she/it signs signed will sign
nosotros - we sign signed will sign
ustedes - you sign signed will sign
ellos/ellas - they sign signed will sign

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:

a. Afirma You sign the check. Firmas el cheque.
b. Niega You do not sign the check. No firmas el cheque.
c. Pregunta Do you sign the check? ¿Firmas el cheque?
d. Afirma He signs the contract to buy the car. El firma el contrato para comprar el carro.
e. Niega He does not sign the contract to buy the car. El no firma el contrato para comprar el carro.
f. Pregunta Does he sign the contract to buy the car? ¿Firma él el contrato para comprar el carro?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I sign , you sign , he signs , she signs , it signs , we sign , they sign
Auxiliar para negar = I do, You do, He does, She does, It does, We do, They do ... not sign
Auxiliar para preguntar = Do I, Do you, Does he, Does she, Does it, Do we, Do they ... sign?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:

(afirma) his name on the form. El firma su nombre en el formulario.
(afirma) the check to buy groceries. Firmo el cheque para comprar abarrotes.
(afirma) the register in the hotel. Ellos firman el registro en el hotel.
(afirma) the receipt to get the package. Ustedes firman el recibo para coger el paquete.
(afirma) Juan the credit card slip. Juan firma la hoja de tarjeta de crédito.
(niega) Maria and I our names. María y yo no firmamos nuestros nombres.
(niega) for the package. No firmamos para el paquete.
(niega) the contract. El no firma el contrato.
(pregunta) the receipt for the shipment? ¿Firma él el recibo para el envío?
(pregunta) the agreement to buy the car? ¿Firman ellos el acuerdo para comprar el carro?
(pregunta) Gabriela her check? ¿Firma Gabriela su cheque?

Do you sign your checks the same way every time? Well, yes I try to sign the same way every time but each time I sign them a little differently.
¿Firmas tus cheques en la misma manera todo el tiempo? Bueno, sí trato de firmar en la misma manera todo el tiempo pero cada vez firmo un poco distinta.
 
I believe that everyone signs a little differently each time they sign something.
Creo que todo el mundo firma un poco distinta cada vez que firman algo.
 
We sign things about the same way each time though.
No obstante, firmamos cosas casi lo mismo cada vez.
 
Some people sign with a special signature and others just sign their names.
Algunas personas firman con una firma especial y otras solo firman sus nombres.
