yo - I bring brought will bring
tú - you bring brought will bring
él/ella/ello - he/she/it brings brought will bring
nosotros - we bring brought will bring
ustedes - you bring brought will bring
ellos/ellas - they bring brought will bring

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:

a. Afirma You brought me the newspaper. Me trajiste el periódico.
b. Niega You did not bring me the newspaper. No me trajiste el periódico.
c. Pregunta Did you bring me the newspaper? ¿Me trajiste el periódico?
d. Afirma She brought us good luck. Ella nos trajo buena suerte.
e. Niega She did not bring us good luck. Ella no nos trajo buena suerte.
f. Pregunta Did she bring us good luck? ¿Nos trajo ella buena suerte?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I, you, he, she, it, we, you, they ... brought
Auxiliar para negar = I did, You did, He did, She did, It did, We did, They did ... not bring
Auxiliar para preguntar = Did I, Did you, Did he, Did she, Did it, Did we, Did they ... bring?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:

(afirma) the food to the table. El trajo la comida a la mesa.
(afirma) my books to the class. Yo traje mis libros a la clase.
(afirma) us our coats. Ellos nos trajeron los abrigos de nosotros.
(afirma) to the children many gifts. Ustedes les trajeron a los niños muchos regalos.
(afirma) Juan flowers to his girl friend. Juan le trajo las flores a su novia.
(niega) Maria and I our parents anything. María y yo no les trajimos nada a nuestros padres.
(niega) our children to the class. No los trajimos a nuestros niños a la clase.
(niega) his homework to class. El no trajo su tarea a la clase.
(pregunta) his homework to the class? ¿Trajo él su tarea a la clase?
(pregunta) the food quickly in that restaurant? ¿Trajeron ellos rápido la comida en ese restaurante?
(pregunta) Gabriela her daughter with her? ¿Trajo Gabriela a su hija con ella?

Did you bring your homework with you to class? Yes, I brought it with me.
¿Trajiste tu tarea contigo a la clase? Sí, lo traje conmigo.
 
Did Carla bring her book? No she did not bring her book but she brought her homework.
¿Trajo Carla su libro? No, no trajo su libro pero sí trajo ella su tarea.
 
Great! I brought you a special book about Mexico to read. Did you bring me one too?
Estupendo! te traje un libro especial sobre México para leer. ¿Me trajiste uno también?
 
Oh pardon me, I did not bring it this time, I forgot it. However, I brought something to show you. I brought you a piece of art from ancient Mexico.
Ahha, perdón no lo traje esta vez, se me olvidó. Sin embargo, traje algo para mostrar te. Te traje un objeto de arte de el México antiguo.
