Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I find found will find
tú - you find found will find
él/ella/ello - he/she/it finds found will find
nosotros - we find found will find
ustedes - you find found will find
ellos/ellas - they find found will find

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:

a. Afirma You found your book on the table. Encontraste tu libro en la mesa.
b. Niega You did not find your book on the table. No encontraste tu libro en la mesa.
c. Pregunta Did you find your book on the table? ¿Encontraste tu libro en la mesa?
d. Afirma She found her brother in the store. Ella halló a su hermano en la tienda.
e. Niega She did not find her brother in the store. Ella no halló a su hermano en la tienda.
f. Pregunta Did she find her brother in the store? ¿Halló ella a su hermano en la tienda?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I, you, he, she, it, we, you, they ... found
Auxiliar para negar = I did, You did, He did, She did, It did, We did, They did ... not find
Auxiliar para preguntar = Did I, Did you, Did he, Did she, Did it, Did we, Did they ... find?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:

(afirma) his book under the table. El encontró su libro debajo la mesa.
(afirma) the hammer in the garage. Encontré el martillo en el garaje.
(afirma) the eggs in the refrigerator. Ellos encontraron los huevos en el refrigerador.
(afirma) your clothes in the closet. Ustedes hallaron su ropa en la guardarropa.
(afirma) Juan his girl friend at her house. Juan encontró a su novia en la casa de ella.
(niega) Maria and I our books. María y yo no hallamos nuestros libros.
(niega) our gloves. No encontramos los guantes.
(niega) his hat where he left it. El no encontró la gorra donde la dejó.
(pregunta) his papers? ¿Halla él sus papeles?
(pregunta) their car in the parking lot? ¿Hallaron ellos su carro en el estacionamiento?
(pregunta) Gabriela her sweater? ¿Encontró Gabriela el suéter?

Did you find your lost dog? No, we did not find it but we found our lost cat.
¿Encontraste tu perro perdido? No, no lo hallamos per sí hallamos nuestro gato perdido.
 
Well, that is both bad and good. Last week my brother found a dog and he still has it.
Bueno eso es malo y bueno. La semana pasada mi hermano halló un perro y lo tiene todavía.
 
Did he find it around here? Yes, he found it running in the park on the west side of town.
Lo encontró por aquí? Sí, lo halló corriendo en el parque en la parte oeste del la ciudad.
 
That’s interesting he found the dog where we lost our dog and he found it when our dog got lost also. Maybe he found our dog.
Eso es interesante, halló el perro donde perdimos él de nosotros y lo halló cuando desapareció él de nosotros también. Tal vez lo encontró nuestro perro.
