COMPUTER ASSISTED LITERACY FOR NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS

(2) EL VERBO DEL DIA: to do = hacer (tiempo futuro )    Listen to the verb conjugation ( WMA )

Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I do did will do
tú - you do did will do
él/ella/ello - he/she/it does did will do
nosotros - we do did will do
ustedes - you do did will do
ellos/ellas - they do did will do

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:     Listen to the examples ( WMA )

a. Afirma You will do the assignment. Harás la tarea.
b. Niega You will not do the assignment. No harás la tarea.
c. Pregunta Will you do the assignment? ¿Harás la tarea?
d. Afirma He will do the assignment. El hará la tarea.
e. Niega He will not do the assignment. El no hará la tarea.
f. Pregunta Will he do the assignment? ¿Hará él la tarea?
Auxiliar para afirmar = I will, You will, He will, She will, It will, We will, They will ... do something
Auxiliar para negar = I will, You will, He will, She will, It will, We will, They will ... not do something
Auxiliar para preguntar = Will I, Will you, Will he, Will she, Will it, Will we, Will they ... do something?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:    Listen to the answers ( WMA )

(afirma) to do. El hará su trabajo.
(afirma) to do. Yo haré mi trabajo.
(afirma) to do. Ellos harán su trabajo.
(afirma) to do. Ustedes harán su trabajo.
(afirma) Juan to do. Juan hará su trabajo.
(niega) Maria and I to do. María y yo no haremos nuestro trabajo.
(niega) to do. No haremos nuestro trabajo.
(niega) to do. El no hará su trabajo.
(pregunta) to do? ¿Hará él su trabajo?
(pregunta) to do? ¿Harán ellos su trabajo?
(pregunta) Gabriela to do? ¿Hará Gabriela su trabajo?

 

(5)     Listen to the sentences ( WMA )

Will they do the job tomorrow? I think they will do it but I am not sure.
¿Harán el trabajo mañana? Creo que lo harán pero no estoy seguro.
 
Will Jorge do his work? No, he will not do it because he is on vacation. He will do it when he returns.
¿Hará Jorge su trabajo? No, él no lo hará porque él está de vacaciones. Lo hará él cuando regrese.
 
Will you do something for me? Yes, of course, I will do anything you ask. Will you do anything I ask? Well, I will do almost anything you ask.
¿Me hará algo? Sí, como no, haré cualquiera que me pides. ¿Harás cualquiera que te pido? Bueno, haré casi cualquiera que me pides.
 
Will you do my homework for me? No way! I’m sorry but I will not do your homework for you.
¿Me harás mi tarea? Que va!, lo siento pero no te haré tu tarea.
