(2) EL VERBO DEL DIA: to do = hacer (tiempo presente )    Listen to the verb conjugation ( WMA )

Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I do did will do
tú - you do did will do
él/ella/ello - he/she/it do did will do
nosotros - we do did will do
ustedes - you do did will do
ellos/ellas - they do did will do

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:     Listen to the examples ( WMA )

a. Afirma You do the assignment. Haces la tarea.
b. Niega You do not do the assignment. No haces la tarea.
c. Pregunta Do you do the assignment? ¿Haces la tarea?
d. Afirma He does the assignment. El hace la tarea.
e. Niega He does not do the assignment. El no hace la tarea.
f. Pregunta Does he do the assignment? ¿Hace él la tarea?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I, you, he, she, it, we, they ... do
Auxiliar para negar = I do, You do, He does, She does, It does, We do, They do ... not do
Auxiliar para preguntar = Do I, Do you, Does he, Does she, Does it, Do we, Do they ... do?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:    Listen to the answers ( WMA )

(afirma) his work. El hace su trabajo.
(afirma) my work. Yo hago mi trabajo.
(afirma) their work. Ellos hacen su trabajo.
(afirma) your work. Ustedes hacen su trabajo.
(afirma) Juan his work. Juan hace su trabajo.
(niega) Maria and I our work. María y yo no hacemos nuestro trabajo.
(niega) my work. No hacemos nuestro trabajo.
(niega) his work. El no hace su trabajo.
(pregunta) his work? ¿Hace él su trabajo?
(pregunta) their work? ¿Hacen ellos su trabajo?
(pregunta) Gabriela her work? ¿Hace Gabriela su trabajo?

 

(5)     Listen to the sentences ( WMA )

Does he do his assignment today? No, he does not do it today.
¿El hace su tarea hoy? No, él no la hace hoy.
 
She does it on Monday and he does it on Tuesday.
Ella la hace los lunes y él la hace los martes.
 
We do our assignments on Friday and Saturday. When do they do it? They do it every day.
Hacemos nuestra tarea los viernes y los sábados. ¿Cuándo la hacen ellos? Ellos la hacen todos los días.
 
How do they do their work? They do their work very well. Do you do it well? Yes, I do it well.
¿Como hacen su trabajo? Hacen su trabajo muy bien. ¿Lo haces bien? Sí, la hago bien.
