Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I ask asked will ask
tú - you ask asked will ask
él/ella/ello - he/she/it asks asked will ask
nosotros - we ask asked will ask
ustedes - you ask asked will ask
ellos/ellas - they ask asked will ask

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:

a. Afirma You ask for something. Pides algo.
b. Niega You do not ask for something. No pides algo.
c. Pregunta Do you ask for something? ¿Pides algo?
d. Afirma He asks a question. El hace una pregunta.
e. Niega He does not ask a question. El no hace una pregunta.
f. Pregunta Does he ask a question? ¿Hace él una pregunta?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I ask , you ask, he asks , she asks , it asks , we ask , they ask
Auxiliar para negar = I do, You do, He does, She does, It does, We do, They do ... not ask
Auxiliar para preguntar = Do I, Do you, Does he, Does she, Does it, Do we, Do they ... ask?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:

(afirma) permission. El pide permiso.
(afirma) permission. Yo pido permiso.
(afirma) permission. Ellos piden permiso.
(afirma) permission. Ustedes piden permiso.
(afirma) Juan permission. Juan pide permiso.
(niega) Maria and I a question. María y yo no hacemos una pregunta.
(niega) a question. No hacemos una pregunta.
(niega) a question. El no hace una pregunta.
(pregunta) for help? ¿Pide él ayuda?
(pregunta) for help? ¿Piden ellos ayuda?
(pregunta) Gabriela for help? ¿Pide Gabriela ayuda?

Does he ask for help when he needs it? Yes, sometimes he asks for help. Sometimes he does not ask for help.
¿Pide él ayuda cuando lo necesita? Sí, a veces él pide ayuda. A veces no pide ayuda.
 
Do you ask questions in the class? Yes, when I do not understand I ask questions.
¿Haces preguntas in la clase? Sí, cuando no entiendo hago preguntas.
 
Does she ask her parents for money?
¿Pide ella dinero a sus padres?
 
No, she never asks them for money but she does ask for help from time to time.
No, jamás los pide dinero pero los pide ayuda de vez en cuando.
