(2) EL VERBO DEL DIA: to follow = seguir (tiempo presente )

Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I follow followed will follow
tú - you follow followed will follow
él/ella/ello - he/she/it follows followed will follow
nosotros - we follow followed will follow
ustedes - you follow followed will follow
ellos/ellas - they follow followed will follow

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:

a. Afirma You will follow Juan. Sigues a Juan.
b. Niega You will not follow Juan. No sigues a Juan.
c. Pregunta Will you follow Juan? ¿Sigues a Juan?
d. Afirma He will follow it (the path). El lo sigue (el sendero).
e. Niega He will not follow it (the path). El no lo sigue (el sendero).
f. Pregunta Will he follow it (the path)? ¿Lo sigue él (el sendero)?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I will, you will, he will, she will, it will, we will, they will ... follow
Auxiliar para negar = I will, you will, he will, she will, it will, we will, they will ... not follow
Auxiliar para preguntar = Will I, Will you, Will he, Will she, Will it, Will we, Will they ... follow?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:

(afirma) his girl friend. El seguirá a su novia.
(afirma) my friend. Yo seguiré a mi amigo.
(afirma) the teacher. Ellos seguirán al profesor.
(afirma) the teacher. Ustedes seguirán al profesor.
(afirma) Juan Gloria to the store. Juan seguirá a Gloria a la tienda.
(niega) Maria and I the others. María y yo no seguimos a los otros.
(niega) the others. No seguimos a los demás.
(niega) his brother. El no seguirá a su hermano.
(pregunta) the other boys? ¿Seguirá él a los otros chicos?
(pregunta) the girls? ¿Seguirán ellos a las chicas?
(pregunta) Gabriela her friends? ¿Seguirá Gabriela a sus amigas?

Will the soldiers follow their leaders? Yes, they will follow them if the leaders are good.
¿Seguirán los soldados a sus líderes? Sí, los seguirán si los líderes son buenos.
 
They will not follow if the leaders are bad. The soldiers will follow the heart.
No los seguirán si los líderes son malos. Los soldados seguirán el corazón.
 
It is good to follow the heart. Will you follow your heart or will you follow another person?
Es bueno seguir el corazón. ¿Seguirás el corazón o seguirás otra persona?
 
I will follow that which is good. I will not follow that which is bad. Some people will follow the path to money and others will follow the path to true happiness.
Seguiré lo que es bueno. No seguiré lo que es malo. Algunas personas seguirán el camino a dinero y otras seguirán el camino a verdadera felicidad.
