ellos/ellas - they arrive arrived will arrive

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:     Listen to the examples ( WMA )

a. Afirma You arrive at school at 6:00. Llegas a la escuela a las seis.
b. Niega You do not arrive at school at 6:00. No llegas a la escuela a las seis.
c. Pregunta Do you arrive at school at 6:00? ¿Llegas a la escuela a las seis?
d. Afirma She arrives early for the class. Ella llega temprano para la clase.
e. Niega She does not arrive early for the class. Ella no llega temprano para la clase.
f. Pregunta Does she arrive early for the class? ¿Llega ella temprano para la clase?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I arrive , you arrive , he arrives , she arrives , it arrives , we arrive , they arrive
Auxiliar para negar = I do, You do, He does, She does, It does, We do, They do ... not arrive
Auxiliar para preguntar = Do I, Do you, Does he, Does she, Does it, Do we, Do they ... arrive?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:    Listen to the answers ( WMA )

(afirma) at the school. El llega a la escuela.
(afirma) at the school. Yo llego a la escuela.
(afirma) at the school. Ellos llegan a la escuela.
(afirma) at the school. Ustedes llegan a la escuela.
(afirma) Juan at the school. Juan llega a la escuela.
(niega) Maria and I at the school. María y yo no llegamos a la escuela.
(niega) at the school. No llegamos a la escuela.
(niega) at the school. El no llega a la escuela.
(pregunta) at the school? ¿Ellos llegan a la escuela?
(pregunta) at the school? ¿Llegas a la escuela?
(pregunta) Gabriela at the school? ¿Llega Gabriela a la escuela?

 

(5)     Listen to the sentences ( WMA )

Do you arrive on time? Yes, I always arrive on time.
¿Llegas a tiempo? Sí, siempre llego a tiempo.
 
Does Julio arrive before the class begins? No, he never arrives until after the class begins.
Llega Julio antes de comenzar la clase? No, nunca llega hasta después de comenzar la clase.
 
When does he arrive ? He arrives about 20 minutes late.
Cuando llega él? Llega en torno 20 minutos tarde.
 
Do they arrive before you and Juana? Sometimes they arrive before we arrive and sometimes after.
¿Llegan ellos antes de que lleguen tu y Juana? A veces llegan antes de que lleguemos y a veces después.
