Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I want wanted will want
tú - you wants wanted will want
él/ella/ello - he/she/it want wanted will want
nosotros - we want wanted will want
ustedes - you want wanted will want
ellos/ellas - they want wanted will want

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:     Listen to the examples ( WMA )

a. Afirma You wanted something. Quisiste algo.
b. Niega You did not want anything. No quisiste nada.
c. Pregunta Did you want something? ¿Quisiste algo?
d. Afirma She wanted to go. Ella quiso ir.
e. Niega She did not want to go. Ella no quiso ir.
f. Pregunta Did she want to go? ¿Quiso ella ir?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I, you, he, she, it, we, you, they ... wanted
Auxiliar para negar = I did, You did, He did, She did, It did, We did, They did ... not want
Auxiliar para preguntar = Did I, Did you, Did he, Did she, Did it, Did we, Did they ... want?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:    Listen to the answers ( WMA )

(afirma) something. El quiso algo.
(afirma) something. Yo quise algo.
(afirma) something. Ellos quisieron algo.
(afirma) something. Ustedes quisieron algo.
(afirma) Juan something. Juan quiso algo.
(niega) Maria and I anything. María y yo no quisimos nada.
(niega) anything. No quisimos nada.
(niega) anything. El no quiso nada.
(pregunta) something? ¿Quisieron ellos algo?
(pregunta) something? ¿Quiso él algo?
(pregunta) Gabriela something? ¿Quiso Gabriela algo?

 

(5)     Listen to the sentences ( WMA )

I wanted to go to the store but Consuelo wanted to go to the movies.
Yo quise ir a la tienda pero Consuelo quiso ir al cine.
 
We wanted some food becasue we were hungry.
Quisimos algo de comer porque tuvimos hambre.
 
They wanted to have some fun. What did you want? I did not want to have it. He wanted it.
Quisieron divertirse. ¿Qué quisiste? Yo no quise tenerlo. Lo quiso él.
 
Did they want it too? No, they did not want it. What did they want? They wanted to study English and I wanted to study Spanish.
¿Lo quisieron ellos también? No, no lo quisieron. ¿Que quisieron? Quisieron estudiar inglés y yo quise estudiar español.
