COMPUTER ASSISTED LITERACY FOR NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS

(2) EL VERBO DEL DIA: to go = ir (tiempo presente )    Listen to the verb conjugation ( WMA )

Conjugación del verbo del día: Presente Pasado Futuro
yo - I go went will go
tú - you go went will go
él/ella/ello - he/she/it goes went will go
nosotros - we go went will go
ustedes - you go went will go
ellos/ellas - they go went will go

 

(3) EJEMPLOS DE USO DEL VERBO DEL DIA:     Listen to the examples ( WMA )

a. Afirma You go to the store. Vas a la tienda.
b. Niega You do not go to the store. No vas a la tienda.
c. Pregunta Do you go to the store? ¿Vas a la tienda?
d. Afirma He goes to the store. El va a la tienda.
e. Niega He does not go to the store. El no va a la tienda.
f. Pregunta Does he go to the store? ¿Vas él a la tienda?
Auxiliar para afirmar = no se requiere: I, you, we, they go .... ; he, she, it goes ...
Auxiliar para negar = I do, You do, He does, She does, It does, We do, They do ... not go
Auxiliar para preguntar = Do I, Do you, Does he, Does she, Does it, Do we, Do they ... go?

 

(4) LA TAREA: llene los espacios en blanco:    Listen to the answers ( WMA )

(afirma) to the school. El va a la escuela.
(afirma) to the school. Yo voy a la escuela.
(afirma) to the school. Ellos van a la escuela.
(afirma) to the school. Ustedes van a la escuela.
(afirma) Juan to the school. Juan va a la escuela.
(niega) Maria and I to the school. María y yo no vamos a la escuela.
(niega) to the school. No vamos a la escuela.
(niega) to the school. Ellos no van a la escuela.
(pregunta) Gabriela to the school? ¿Va Gabriela a la escuela?
(pregunta) to the school? ¿Vamos a la escuela?
(pregunta) to the school? ¿Va él a la escuela?

 

(5)     Listen to the sentences ( WMA )

Do you go to class everyday? No, I do not go everyday. I go only on Monday and Wednesday. Filberto goes on Tuesday and Thursday.
¿Vas a la clase todos los días? No, no voy todos los días. Solo voy los lunes y miércoles. Filberto va los martes y jueves.
 
Where do you go on Friday? We go to the city on Friday.
A dónde van ustedes los viernes? Vamos a la ciudad los viernes.
 
Do they go to the park on the weekends? Yes, they go to the park on Saturday.
¿Van ellos al parque los fines de semana? Sí, ellos van al parque los sábados.
 
She goes to church every Sunday.
¿Ella va a la iglesia todos los domingos.
