Reflection Paper Guidelines
 

The following describe the components required in the reflection papers:

  1. Project ID (or URLs) for the one IA project that you created and implemented in an instructional or classroom context.
  2. A description of the instructional situation in which you implemented your IA project.
    • Describe the technology infrastructure where you implemented the IA project. (e.g., number of computers in the instructional situation, number of students, computer lab or classroom, Internet access.)
  3. A description of how you used the online resources in the instructional situation.
    • Describe why you chose each of those online resources.
    • Describe how you presented the online resources to your students.
    • Describe the advantages and disadvantages of using those online resources in the instructional situation.
  4. A description of how you engaged your students in your instructional activity.
    • Describe what kind of instructional activity you implemented.
    • Describe what kind of role you played when you implemented the IA project.
    • Describe the degree to which the activity engaged your students in learning.
  5. A description of successes and difficulties encountered in designing and implementing the IA project.
  6. A description of how you could improve your IA project and what you could do differently the next time you implement your IA project.
  7. Since you posted your IA project ID in your small group discussion thread for your group's feedback, please include at least three relevant and interesting quotes from your peers.

Note: Your reflection paper should be no more than two pages, or roughly 1000 words.
