Professor Hailey teaches technologies and rhetoric as they relate to Technical and Professional Writing. Virtually all the classes he teaches were developed especially for USU's Technical Writing Program. The courses he has developed include Visual Design for Major Publications, Visual Design for Online Publications, Introduction to Multimedia, Advanced Multimedia, Publication Management, Help File Authoring, Technology and the Writer, Virtual English 101, Document Design Workshop, Intranet Management (online), help File Theory (online), Internet Management (online), Native American Literature (online), and Help File Authoring (online).
