    4. (15 pts) 12.1-1(a,b,c). Also, plot the amplitude and phase response using MATLAB. (That is, determine the transfer function, and plot the frequency response from that. After doing that, plot the frequency response using the freqz command in MATLAB.
    5. (10 pts) 12.1-2. Also, plot the amplitude and phase rsponse using MATLAB using the freqz command. Are these linear phase filters?
